Business Link Yorkshire provides a first port of call for all businesses in the region in need of business support. Playing such a vital role in the business support sector, Business Link is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and of course the Customer First standard. Starting to work towards the standard last year, Business Link was accredited with Customer First this May. Linda Gapper, HR Manager will be joining us to tell of the Business Link Yorkshire Customer First journey.
