Walking for MND

QED's Marketing Coordinator Rebecca Hughes took part in a 17 mile charity walk during the Christmas holiday. We can now confirm that the walk has raised just over £4000 for the Motor Neurones Disease (MND) Association. The walk was in memory of her Father-in-Law Kevin Hughes, Former Doncaster North MP, who died of the disease last year. Rebecca and her family were joined by 40 supporters including Ed Miliband Doncaster North MP and Sports Minister Richard Caborne.  The 17 mile walk which began at Meadowhall Sheffield and ended at the Frenchagte Centre, Doncaster took just under 6 hours to complete. Rebecca is hoping to be involved in a similar event next year, any body like to join her?
