Welcome to the November edition of QED Consulting’s E bulletin.

As we approach Armistice day and commemorate those who led so bravely, this month’s e bulletin focuses on leadership including Directorship and the roles and responsibilities that are inherent within.

Since the clocks have gone back, we once again find ourselves driving home from work in the dark…. But there is no need to be SAD because we promise that this E bulletin will brighten your day and only take a few moments of your time!

But first an important reminder……..

Trick or Treat - Your Points of View

Last month we launched out 2007 Customer Survey and would still love to hear from more of you. So this is simply a polite reminder to ask that if you have not already completed our customer survey please do so. The results will be published in our December E bulletin and we promise it shall be the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth!
