Coaching – Because you’re worth it…and so is your business

The CIPD describes coaching as ‘developing a person’s skills and knowledge so that their job performance improves’. I would add to this that it is also about changing behaviour – the smallest shifts in approach can have major impact on others and our own effectiveness – remember the butterfly flapping its wings in Outer Mongolia!

Supporting the JCI

QED has always supported the Junior Chamber International (JCI) and recently our Research Consultant Bobby Sing has achieved his level one and new membership status within Doncaster JCI. This is very well deserved as Bobby in his role as Director is dedicated to the organisation and is responsible for organising Personal Development opportunities for fellow members. QED Consulting is hosting and delivering the next event on the 5th July which is based on Team Working.
